ZONING DIVISION

The Zoning Division is responsible for administering the Village’s Zoning Code. The Zoning Code provides guidance on future development and also establishes property maintenance standards, approved business uses and other items related to the use of land. The Village contracts with Wood County for Building Permit services, however zoning permits are issued by the Village for major and minor construction projects including items like fences, signs, building additions.
